Founder Trish Jens grew up in the North end of Seattle and has been involved in the needle arts most of her life.
One of her most deeply held beliefs is if you look good, you feel good, and your life will change for the better!
In her off hours, you can find Trish teaching sewing classes for Pacific Fabrics or working on her needlepoint. She also enjoys tending to her garden and baking delectable goodies.
BUSINESS ASSISTANT
Chris, Trish's right hand, has worked with the business since 2016. Originally starting as the office assistant, Chris has grown into the roll of full business assistant. Chris helps with fittings, manages client correspondence, and even helps in the workroom.
When he is not helping Trish move mountains, he enjoys spending time with his husband and their cat, as well as a nice cup of coffee and a good book.

We will provide detailed and technically correct information to answer all of your questions.
We will work with most timelines to delight our customers. We offer timeline estimates when needed to ensure we can meet your needs.
We offer fair and competitive pricing based upon your requests.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
We strive to provide excellent service to every client we see. However, there are certain limitations to the service we can provide.
All clients must have an appointment - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS.
As a service-based business, all sales are final. We are happy to provide extra service when needed, but we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All items must be picked-up and paid for when work is complete. Items left with us beyond 60 days will be donated to charity.
